The eligibility to order and purchase our products

Unless you are 18 years old or older you may not purchase from SLEEP HIGH. The delivery address must be in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (Note: the delivery locations may differ during specific campaigns). You should provide a valid email, a cell phone number that you can be contacted through easily. Although we sell children’s products, they must be purchased by adults only.



You may pay for the products that you purchase in any way contained on the checkout page at our SleepHigh Online Shopping Store. We shall get the amount to be paid from your card at the time you submit the purchase order or cash when you receiving your shipment through the COD ( Cash On Delivery) option. We shall contact you if we run into any trouble collecting the amount of the purchase made. The collection of order value does not mean acceptance of the purchase, in the event of non-acceptance of your order, you will be refunded the full amount as soon as possible (and in any event within three working days of the notice of rejecting your order). We are responsible for the refund to your Bank. The date of refund to your credit card may differ according to your Bank. (It may take from (1) business day to (3) weeks).


Product availability

Although we constantly check the accuracy of our stock on “SLEEP HIGH Shop Online” and its compatibility with the physical inventory in our warehouse, errors may occur. If we discover any stock error with any product you ordered, we shall inform you as soon as possible. We shall offer you the option of reconfirming your order according to the correct quantity available in stock or to cancel your order if you wish. If you wish to cancel your order due to incorrect stock data or if we fail to provide the product you ordered, we shall return your full amount as soon as possible according to our Refund Policy, in the refund section. Canceling Policy: “SLEEP HIGH Shop Online”

 Your right to cancel

When placing an order from “SLEEP HIGH Shop Online” you may cancel your order any time before products are sent to your address. That means if you change your mind about your order, or you decide for any reason you don’t want it, you may notify us by calling any of our representatives in the Customer Care Center and cancel your order. 

You will have the right to cancel your order completely and we shall refund your credit card with the full amount (the card used originally in the purchase order).

If you wish to cancel your purchase order due to incorrect stock data or if we fail to provide the product you ordered, we shall return your full amount as soon as possible.

In case you cancel some of your purchase orders or some of the quantities, you will be partially refunded according to the quantity which you decided to cancel and the difference will be subtracted from the gross amount.

In case you cancel an order completely (total cancellation) 72 hours prior to the date of delivery “the cancellation period” you would have the right to get a full refund for the amount you paid (the purchase price, delivery, and assembly fees). If cancellation occurs within 72 hours delivery fees will not be refunded. (Please refer to Delivery Terms section)

Canceling any order (partially) due to the problem of availability in stock or due to customer or due to your request would cause rescheduling of the delivery date. (Please refer to the Delivery Terms section). 

Cancelations will be eligible for standard size orders ONLY; custom size orders cannot be canceled or exchanged. A full refund will be issued to the Customer if canceled BEFORE shipment, once the shipment has been made, cancelations will be refunded less the shipping/service charges (SAR 200). ONLY products in ORIGINAL / UNOPENED / UNDAMAGED packaging/cover will be eligible for Refund (If the packaging is opened/torn, a refund will not be valid).


Return Policy: “SLEEP HIGH Shop Online” 

If you wish to return an order, all you have to do is to notify us about your decision. You may notify us through the telephone. Call us on this number: 92002-1155. Please prepare your order number and one of our representatives from the Customer Care Center will verify your order details and proceed with your return process. 


Status of Returned Items

Products to be returned need to be in a proper condition as received, wrapped in their original wrapping, we shall refund you the same way you originally paid for it (for example the amount will be refunded to your credit card account you used when you placed you purchase order).


Purchases that Cannot Be Returned:

  • Any and all products WITHOUT a receipt
  • Used items (such as sheets, duvets, pillows, and pillowcases)
  • Any products that have been modified changed or washed.
  • Mattresses packing’s has been opened (removed).


Our Conditions to receive the products

We shall receive the products from you from the address where they were delivered originally, and that is according to the following conditions: • You agree to give all products you want to return to our representative along with all accessories and parts and (the wrapping) that contains the price; • You must sign the return receipt to confirm the return process. The representative will attend to receive products by providing the return document • If you cannot be present in-person to return the products you may assign someone to act on your behalf. Your representative must be an adult, distinctive, able to supervise all products when returned on your behalf, and you agree that we shall have the right to rely on his instructions as if they were yours. 

  • SR 200 will be deducted.


Refunding your Money

  We shall refund the amount paid to purchase the products and refund the money to your credit card account used in the payment. However, please note that products must be returned as specified in the Return Policy. Other than, as stated in the return policy, we shall not refund any delivery or assembly fees you paid if you demand to return the products we delivered to the specified address. If we agree to refund your money, we shall not be responsible to refund the money to your bank. The date of refund to your credit card may differ according to your Bank. (It may take from (1) business day to (3) weeks). If you cancel installment service, SLEEP HIGH will not be responsible for any installation fees. (Please refer to your own bank).

Warranty Policy and Regulations

-The Default life and warranty duration of each product vary.

-This warranty applies only to home use.

-To take advantage of this warranty, please bring the original purchase invoice to confirm the date of purchase.


Mattresses warranty

-Falling in the mattress of more than 15% of the original height

-Springs or broken wires.

-The springs or the wires that are out of the layers of the mattress.

-Disintegration sewing.

-Falling in springs or sponge.

-Falling in the mattress’s sides.


Beds Warranty

-Separation of wooden bed limbs.

-Falling of the spring bed.

-Scratch as a result of transportation, loading, downloading, and handling by the company.


Clauses not covered by the warranty

-The loss of the official bill stamped with the seal of warranty.

-Inappropriate transfer of mattress, which causes warp or twist

-Natural falling which is less than 15% of the original height level

-Fabric: colors change, dirt or combustion.

-Hands: They are used to rotate the mattress and only modify their place; they may be dislocated from their place because they are used wrongly, for example, to carry the mattress by them.

-The internal structure that carrying the springs (chassis) shall be transported in an inappropriate manner, causing its warp or twist.

-The use of mattresses or beds other than the purpose for which they are intended, such as jumping on them, sitting on their sides in one place and permanently, bending, carrying, and handling them in the wrong way, may cause damage.

-Falling the spring of a mattress when using a bed that is not dedicated to the mattress.

-Humidity and fluid spills, i.e. leakage of liquids on mattresses or the beds causing damage.

-Do not adhere to the attached usage instructions, which require rotating the mattress periodically every month.

-Poor storage in unequipped places.

-The use of improper cleaning materials or methods. Like the use of incendiary and caustic materials for textiles.

-Refraction or folding.


Terms of return, repair, and replacement

Return clauses

The sold-out SleepHigh products are returned from the mattresses and beds within 24 hours of the purchase date under the following conditions:

1. Be the size of the standard sizes

2. Existence of the original invoice

3. The product has to be in its normal status identically as received by the customer

4. The need for the product to be wrapped in a SleepHigh bag



Repair and replacement period

-The warranty covers the repair or replacement of damaged parts free of charge if there is a factory defect, and the warranty does not mean replacing or retrieving the product.

-For the duration of the warranty free of charge in accordance with the terms of warranty described above

-The mattress or bed is drawn from the customer under the original invoice

-It takes a maximum repair time (15 days) depending on the customer area.

-Once the repair is completed, returning the product and the original of the invoice is sealed from the warranty section.


Terms of paid repair

 -Financial value is estimated after the inspection of an item

-Adjusting the sizes by the quality of the grade and its default life

-Fabric can be changed and parts of the interior fillings


Products Warranty
