Can I cancel the order?

  • If you cancel the order (total cancellation) before the shipping process and within the permitted “cancellation period”, you will have the full right to obtain the full amount that you paid.
  • If a cancellation occurs after the shipment process, the delivery fee will not be refunded (please refer to the delivery terms section) and delivery fees may be charged in some areas, the value of which is determined by the city.


Can I amend the request?

You have the right to modify the order without any fees if the status of the order is pending review or if your order has not been shipped.
