1- Cancellation policy "Sleep High Online Store"
Your right to cancel
When you place an order from the "Sleep High Online Store", you can cancel your order at any time before the products are sent to your address.
This means if you change your mind about your order, or decide for any reason that you do not want it, you can notify us by contacting any of our representatives in the Customer Service Center and cancel your order.
You will have the right to cancel your order completely and we will refund the full amount to the same account used during the payment process
If you wish to cancel your order due to incorrect stock quantity data or if the product you ordered is not available, we will refund your full amount as soon as possible. If you cancel some purchase orders or some quantities, the amounts will be partially refunded according to the quantity that you decided to cancel, then the difference will be deducted from the total amount.
If you cancel the order completely (total cancellation) before the shipping process and within the permitted “cancellation period”, you will have the full right to receive the full amount that you paid (purchase price, delivery, and assembly fees). If cancellation occurs after shipment, delivery charges will not be refunded (please refer to the Delivery Conditions section)
Canceling any order (partially) will result in rescheduling the delivery date (please refer to the delivery conditions section). The cancellation process is for orders of regular or standard sizes only, orders of irregular sizes cannot be canceled or replaced. A full refund will be made to the customer if it is canceled before the shipment process, and once the shipment process has been completed, the amount of the products to be canceled will be refunded minus any additional fees, such as banking services fees, installment services fees, and shipping fees (shipping fees vary according to the region)
2- "Sleep High Online Store" return policy
If you wish to return the order, all you need to do is notify us of your decision. You may notify us through one of the following Steps:
Please prepare your order number and one of our representatives from the Customer Care Center will verify your order details and proceed with the return process.
The condition of the returned products
Products to be returned must be in proper condition as they were delivered to you and must be wrapped in their original packaging, and we will refund your full amount in the same way you paid when purchasing (for example, the amount will be refunded to your account on the credit card that you used when purchasing your order ) Only products with original unopened and untorn packaging will be subject to return (if the packaging is opened / the customer is not entitled to claim the value of the products).
Our terms for receiving returned products
Receiving the returned products from the same place of delivery of the customer, or the nearest branch of Sleep High in the customer’s city, as directed by customer service.
You agree to give all the products you want to return to our representative with all accessories and parts and that they are covered with the protection they came with (packaging).
Products that cannot be returned:
Products (such as sheets, irregular-sized mattresses, beds, bases and backs, felt, sheets, pillows, comforter sets, and fillings).
Any products that have been modified, altered, or washed.
Opening or removing mattress packaging.
Refund
We will refund the amount paid for the purchase of the Products and return the money to your bank account used for the payment (within 3 working days of our notification to you that your order has been accepted). The time to refund your credit card may vary depending on the bank (it may take up to 14 working days). In the event of cancellation of the installment service, Sleep High shall not be liable for any installment fees. (Please refer to your bank or installment agency)
