Warranty Policy "Sleep High" Online Store"

  • The shelf life and warranty period vary for each product.
  • This warranty applies to domestic use only.
  • Submit a copy of the original invoice or any other proof of purchase (date or branch).


Mattress warranty:

  • The mattress has fallen by over 15% of the original height.
  • Broken zippers or wires.
  • Excessive stitching when receiving the mattress.
  • Zippers or wires protrude or emerge from the layers of the mattress.


Bed warranty:

  • Falling bed zipper.
  • Detachment of wooden bed ends.
  • Scratching is a result of transportation or loading, unloading, and handling by the company.


Items not covered by warranty:

  • Body impressions on the mattress.
  • Use of mattresses for commercial purposes.
  • Poor storage in unprepared places.
  • Changing the color of the fabric, getting dirty, or exposing it to burning.
  • The natural change in the softness of a mattress over time.
  • Wetness, leakage, and spillage of liquids on the mattress or bed.
  • Natural decline and less than 15% of the original mattress height.
  • Inappropriately moving the mattress, causing it to warp or warp.
  • Non-compliance with the instructions for rotating or turning the mattress according to the type (ask the seller about the type of your mattress).
  • Using a bed base that is not suitable for the mattress (for example, slats)
  • Bending or folding the mattress or transporting and handling it in the wrong way, causes damage or warping of its internal structure.
  • Using improper cleaning materials or methods, such as using burning and caustic materials for fabrics.
  • The handles are damaged as they are used to rotate the mattress and adjust its position only and are not used to carry the mattress.
  • Using mattresses or beds for other than the purpose for which they are intended, such as jumping on them or sitting on the edge of them in one place permanently.


Repair items:

  • The warranty covers the service of repairing the damaged parts for free in the event of a manufacturing defect, and the warranty does not mean replacing the product or refunding its value.
  • The repair time may take up to (15 working days) depending on the customer's region.
  • The mattress is withdrawn from the customer according to the original invoice or any other proof of purchase.
  • It shall be throughout the warranty period free of charge in accordance with the warranty terms in the warranty policy and regulations clause.


Fix terms Cost:

  • The financial value is estimated after examining the mattress.
  • The fabric and parts of the inner fillings of the mattress can be changed.
  • Adjusting the sizes by decrease is according to the type and quality of the mattress and its life expectancy.
